MISSION
Our mission is to protect the environment, helping current industrial with specific technological processes and machinery, with which we can regenerate waste oils and thus conserve energy and implicitly help protecting the environment!
ACTIVITY FLOW
Of all the European countries, Romania recycles only 1% of the entire volume of waste it produces, the rest being discarded at the landfill.
On the opposite end sits Belgium which recycles about 94% of waste.
The main generators of hazardous waste are mineral oils and synthetic waste.
TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
The whole process takes place in a vacuum to prevent cracking reactions of component hydrocarbons while at the same time avoiding losing the lubricating characteristics of the obtained base oil.

Eco Concept Expert is licensed as a society for collecting, storing and regeneration of waste oils. The society has storage space: metal tanks with a capacity of 300 tons and concrete platforms.

(CONCAWE) announced that around 5.3 million tons of lubricating oils had been used in the EU (2003) of which 2.7 million tons were consumed during use, 1.5 million tons were recovered from recycling, and 1.1 million tons were discharged into the environment.

REGENERATION OF WASTE OIL
MINERAL OIL
The petroleum refining industry produce lubricants for lubricating mechanisms, internal combustion engines, oils for hydraulic machinery etc. After use, waste oils become extremely dangerous for the environment, representing 12% of pollutants found in water and soil, according to a study done by the European Commission.
According to Decision no. 235 from 7th March 2007 on the management of waste oils, the following are prohibited for individuals and economic operators:
- the discharge of waste oils into surface water, ground water, territorial sea water and drainage systems;
- discharge on the ground or improper storage conditions for waste oils and residues, as well as abandoning residues obtained from exploitation and incineration;
- exploitation and incineration of waste oils trough methods that generate pollution over the limits permitted through legislation;
- mixing different categories of waste oils set out in annex. 1 and / or with other types of oils containing polychlorinated biphenyls or other similar compounds and / or with other types of dangerous substances and chemicals;
- mixing waste oils with diesel, pyrolysis oil, type P3 unrefined oil, solvents, type P fuel and oil residues and using this mixture as fuel;
- mixing waste oils with other substances that contaminate oils;
- incineration of waste oils in plants other than those stipulated in Government Decision no. 128/2002 on waste incineration, with subsequent amendments;
- the collection, storage and transportation of waste oils together with other types of waste;
- management of waste oils by unauthorized persons;
- the use of waste oils as a material impregnation agent.
Legislation in Romania, in accordance with the decisions of the European Commission compels commercial societies which through their activity generates used oil, to sign a contract for collection of these wastes with a company authorized by the National Agency for Environmental Protection.
In this regard, the Eco Concept Expert society is licensed for collection, storage and recycling of waste oils. The society has storage space for waste oils (metal tanks with a capacity of 300 t and concrete platforms).
