It’s no longer about the sweet and sour taste of childhood, but a Molotov cocktail of lies, abuses, and criminal negligence. And as a bonus, we find out that the „sultan” has extended his tentacles into the Industrial Park, where his wife reigns over rigged contracts! Should we be surprised by anything anymore?

Under the cloak of anonymity, more and more employees are starting to make their voices heard. Dissatisfaction has been brewing for a long time among people working in an environment where fear, pressure, and obedience have become the norm. In the center of these testimonies, the same name constantly appears: Dragoș Nan and „his people.”
For more than 13 years, Dragoș Nan has held a management position in a multinational corporation, managing to consolidate his position and influence in a way that raises serious questions. How is it possible that in a global company, where performance and change should be basic rules, one man remains in the same position for more than a decade?
It’s not about the lack of competent people, but about a well-established mechanism in which control, fear, and manipulation play key roles. It’s not about competence, but about influence. Not about leadership, but about power, pressure, and preserving a position from which many others have been excluded. The atmosphere is toxic, but no one dares to speak up. They have a job! And those who choose to speak, for now only in whispers, talk about an oppressive atmosphere. A place where opinions don’t matter, initiatives are discouraged, and important decisions are made unilaterally, according to the personal interests of the one at the top.

All through a dedicated contract, concluded with Sanel Trans on the Bucharest-Ploiești route. A detrimental contract for Coca-Cola, but extremely profitable for the Nan Clan and their partners. Naturally, everything is well masked, away from prying eyes.
The question burning on everyone’s lips: how many of the employees in the park already have family ties with Nan? Or, rather, how many of them are about to become part of the family? Because in this protected ecosystem, merit is inherited, not earned. The money – a lot of it, coming from hidden contracts and well-placed relationships – stays in the family. Or, at least, in the clan.

We came into possession of the contract between Sanel and Coca-Cola HBC, and what we discovered confirms our suspicions: a document with a dizzying value, full of zeros, but almost empty when it comes to clear activities, results, or measurable objectives. So much money for so little content! A contract that seems more like a financial redistribution mechanism than a service agreement. The sums are large enough to support the entire „team” brought in by Nan’s recommendations, a network built not on competence, but on submission.

Secret wells and dubious waters: How much does it cost to drink Coca-Cola with rat-infested water?
The Law is Optional Only for Nan and His Gang! Water from Illegal Wells, Used Unscrupulously, Endangers the Lives of Millions of Romanians, Under the Complicit Silence of the Authorities. Are the Guardians of the Environment Asleep or Having a Cold Cola with the Criminals?
The latest atrocity of Nan and his gang surpasses all imagination: they use potentially infected water in the production of beverages! The water, drawn from illegal wells, without sanitary authorization, is used unscrupulously, endangering the lives of millions of people. Do Nan and his thieves think that Romanians are garbage and can be poisoned with any filth?
Even if the operators assure us that the wells are in excellent condition, that the water is „perfect,” and that there are all kinds of filters and treatment plants, one essential thing must be said: the factory does not comply with the law. The law is not optional. Not for Coca-Cola, not for Dragoș Nan. The fact that the water comes from the ground, just like tap water, is not a valid argument. The discussion is not about the origin of the water, but about complying with legal norms, quality standards, and mandatory procedures regarding sanitary safety.
We clearly mention some of the relevant legal acts in this case:
- Law no. 107/1996 on Water, with subsequent amendments and additions;
- Law no. 122/2020 amending and supplementing the Water Law;
- Government Decision no. 971/2023 regarding the quality of water intended for human consumption;
- And, last but not least, Ordinance no. 7/2023, which transposes European norms into national legislation.
All of these provide clear obligations regarding the capture, treatment, monitoring, authorization, and reporting of water sources. A factory, no matter how large, cannot operate „by ear.”
Dragoș Nan and „his people” seem, unfortunately, completely oblivious to these regulations. But why would they be otherwise, as long as Coca-Cola can afford to ignore the law, protected by the complicit silence of public institutions?
Evidence is the Lack of action and suspicious passivity on the part of:
- The National Environmental Guard (GNM),
- The Environmental Protection Agency (APM),
- The National Administration „Romanian Waters,”
…institutions that should be watching over compliance with the law, not having a „cold cola” with the people put in charge of violating it. Instead of doing their job, the cronies and the entire protection network around Dragoș Nan prefer complicity and arrangements. While citizens are being lied to, employees are intimidated, and the law is ignored.
Unions, accomplices to debauchery?
Instead of being the Voice of Employees, Unions Hide the Dirt in the Factory to Preserve Their Privileges!
The employees in the factory live every day a difficult reality, marked by harsh working conditions, constant pressure, and monitoring that discourages rather than supports them. The instability caused by these factors makes people feel powerless and unappreciated, and their grievances end up being completely ignored.
In addition to these difficulties, another major source of frustration is represented by the unions in the factory, which should be the voice and support of the employees. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different. The unions not only fail to defend their interests, but even hide internal problems and the „dirt” in the factory to preserve their own privileges. Instead of being a bridge between employees and management, these organizations seem to protect the interests of a restricted circle.
Conclusion: Boycott Coca-Cola! Wake up, romanians! It’s time to slam the criminal siphon against all the walls!
